EFT/Tapping with Ginney


EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and is often called ‘Tapping’.   EFT is an method which combines tapping on acupressure points to help clear energy blocks and imbalances.  EFT is well regarded as a method to reduce stress, anxiety, grief, lifestyle changes and more.

Ginney offers 1:1 coaching developed with an individual’s coaching needs in mind.  With a background in energy work, yoga, and 20+ years in the corporate world, as a Recruiter, she has had an opportunity to coach people from many walks of life.  The focus of 1:1 session can be nearly anything you wish to develop within your life.  Some examples include career development (new job), personal development (weight) , physical wellness (quit smoking), grief and creating new goals.  Packages of 6 are recommended and can be done on a weekly or bi weekly basis.  An introductory session is available to determine if this is a good fit for you. You may choose an Introductory Session, Hourly Sessions or a Package of Six 1-Hour Sessions.

Ginney Hitchon

Ginney is certified through the 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago.  She has also studied Yin Yoga, Trauma Yoga, Grief Yoga, Yoga for Veterans and Meditation.  She is currently studying Energy Medicine Yoga and further Yin Yoga, as well as EFT (tapping) coaching. Ginney has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years in both studios and private sessions.
